Retired from careers in Education, Construction and Public Health Microbiology,
we
moved to Incline Village in 2002.  We set up a workshop

Sales History

Our bowls have been purchased by a  San Francisco art dealer and the California Walnut Commission.  The Commission has presented our bowls to Oprah Winfrey, author Andrew Weil, MD and the MacDonald Corporation.  The Walnut Commission also has used our bowls extensively as  marketing gifts.

We have crafted wooden gifts  for the annual California Walnut Bargaining Association Golf Tournament.

We sell our bowls and other items at Arts & Crafts shows, in galleries and through personal contacts.  We are working to establish an Internet sales presence as well.

Our unique bowls make
heirloom quality gifts.

OUR WORK: The bowls and platters are “turned” on a wood lathe.  Using tools called gouges

the shape of the bowls are formed.

Artistry determines the outer shape but skill accomplishes the inner form.

CARE: These creations are finished with non-toxic oils and wax.  They can be hand washed with mild detergent, rinsed and hand dried. After prolonged use, you may need to apply walnut oil or paste wax to restore their luster.

Please do not heat food in the bowls, place extremely hot food in the bowls or use them for refrigerator storage.  To preserve the finish and color of the wood, do not place the bowls in direct sunlight for an extended period.

Caution: Some of the decorative bowls could have sharp edges.
