Whitmire Woodcraft specializes in crafting unique wood bowls.
Our product line continues to expand.
 
We now have decorative cutting boards, decorative coat hangers,
wood vases with inlays, candle holders and
decorative wooden wall hangings. 
 
Unusual wood from a variety of sources provides us
with material to turn unique bowls and other wooden designs. 
 
Our bowls are not only objects of art but can be used
to serve food or hold decorative items.
 
Multiple coats of food-safe hard oil are applied to each of creations
to provide lasting protection.

Our specialty is providing heirloom quality gifts for
 weddings and other special occasions.
 
We have formed ongoing relationships with businesses, producing

Retired from careers in the sciences, education and construction, Whit and Judy Whitmire moved to Incline Village in 2002.

They set up a workshop and are realizing their passion for wood turning and making other creations in wood.
